Do my customers need a Gmail account to leave reviews?

The answer is yes. Reviews are crucial for any business with a Google My Business (GMB) listing. Therefore, if you want to leave a Google My Business review for a restaurant, shop, or service that you enjoyed, you will need a Google account. However, having a Gmail address is not mandatory.
