Do RATECARDS NFC cards work on iPhone?
Yes. iPhone XR/XS (2018) and newer read the card automatically — the customer taps the card to the top of their phone and your review page opens, no app needed. iPhone 7, 8 and X read it through the NFC scanner in Control Centre. Every modern Android with NFC switched on works too. For a phone that cannot tap at all, staff can send the same review link by WhatsApp or SMS.
How does a tap-to-review card actually work?
The NFC chip inside the card opens your Google, Tripadvisor, or social page the moment a customer taps it to their phone (within 2-4 cm) — no app, no typing, no QR hunting. It removes the friction that stops happy customers from leaving a review on the spot.
What happens if a customer's phone doesn't tap?
NFC tap is read automatically by iPhone XR/XS and newer and by virtually every modern Android with NFC switched on. iPhone 7, 8 and X need the NFC scanner in Control Centre. A small number of very budget Android handsets ship without NFC hardware at all — for those, send the review link by WhatsApp or SMS instead.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship via free DHL Express across the GCC from Dubai. Typical delivery is 2-5 business days across the GCC (UAE 2-3, Saudi and other GCC 3-5 including customs) and a few days more worldwide. You'll get a DHL tracking number once the order is programmed and shipped.

My card is not opening anything. What do I do?
Nine times out of ten it is the phone, not the card: NFC is switched off, the screen is locked, or a thick or metal case is in the way. Work down the setup and troubleshooting guide — it takes a minute. If the card still does not open your page, message us on WhatsApp with your order number: every standard order carries a 90-day money-back guarantee and a 3-year replacement warranty covering chip or manufacturing failure.
Can I change the page a card opens after I have received it?
Yes. Businesses move, rebrand, or want a card pointed at a different page — Instagram instead of Google, or a second branch. Message us on WhatsApp with the order number and the new link and we will tell you straight away whether it can be re-pointed remotely or needs the cards back.
How do I get a tax invoice?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and, if you need them on the invoice, your company name and TRN. We send the tax invoice as a PDF in the chat.
Where is my order and how do I track it?
Your tracking number is sent to you in the same WhatsApp chat as soon as the order is programmed and handed to the courier. If you do not have it, or the order has not moved, see track your order. The most common reason an order has not shipped is that we are still waiting to know which Google page the cards should open — you can send it here in a minute.
