Everything you need to know about RATECARDS™ NFC tap-to-review and tap-to-follow cards — how they work, delivery, and our guarantee. Still have a question? WhatsApp us for the fastest answer.

Do RATECARDS NFC cards work on iPhone?

Yes. iPhone 7 and newer (2016 onward) read the card automatically — the customer taps the card to the top of their phone and your review page opens, no app needed. Every modern Android works too. For the rare phone too old to tap, staff can send the same review link by WhatsApp or SMS.

How does a tap-to-review card actually work?

The NFC chip inside the card opens your Google, Tripadvisor, or social page the moment a customer taps it to their phone (within 2-4 cm) — no app, no typing, no QR hunting. It removes the friction that stops happy customers from leaving a review on the spot.

What happens if a customer's phone doesn't tap?

NFC tap is read by iPhone 7 and newer and virtually every modern Android. A small number of very budget Android handsets ship without NFC hardware.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship via free DHL Express across the GCC with same-day dispatch from Dubai. Typical delivery is 1-4 business days across the GCC (UAE 2-3, Saudi and other GCC 3-5 including customs) and a few days more worldwide. You'll get a DHL tracking number once the order is programmed and shipped.

Is there a guarantee if it doesn't work for my business?

Yes. Every standard RATECARDS™ order is backed by a 90-day money-back guarantee plus a 3-year product warranty covering chip or manufacturing failure. Standard items also have a 30-day return window, and shipping is free via DHL Express across the GCC. Custom-designed cards are made to order, so they're excluded from returns once production begins.
