The Gulf runs on Google reviews — but until now there's been no data on how GCC businesses actually buy the tools to collect them. This report draws on an anonymized aggregate of 4,555 business customers and 3,763 orders across the GCC (2023–2026). No personal data; figures are aggregate only.

1. The GCC is a review-collection category of its own

97.5% of all orders ship to the six GCC states (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain). This is a Gulf-concentrated market, not global spillover.

2. Two in three buyers are registered businesses

67.8% of orders carry a company name at checkout — far above typical e-commerce. Review collection in the Gulf is a deliberate operations purchase, not a consumer impulse.

3. The UAE leads on volume; smaller Gulf markets spend more per order

The UAE is ~66% of orders, but average order value is highest in Oman and Kuwait (AED 593), then Saudi Arabia (AED 519) and Qatar (AED 481), versus the UAE (AED 391). Newer Gulf markets deploy in larger initial batches.

4. Saudi Arabia is the clear #2 market

Saudi Arabia is ~18% of orders, at a 33% higher average order value than the UAE — signalling multi-location and enterprise buyers.

5. Demand is seasonal — businesses equip ahead of Q4

Order demand indexes highest September–December, as Gulf businesses prepare for peak tourism, retail and F&B season rather than reacting during it.

6. Adoption is land-and-expand

76% of first orders are a single unit; the rest scale to 3-, 5-, 10- and 25-packs. Businesses prove it at one touchpoint, then roll out across locations.

7. A Gulf base with global reach

While 97.5% of demand is GCC, orders have shipped to 40+ countries.

8. The category trust bar

A 90-day money-back guarantee and a 3-year hardware warranty — the standard buyers in this category transact against.

9. Repeat purchasing is the open frontier

The majority of the installed base has ordered once — a large, validated re-engagement opportunity across thousands of GCC businesses.
